Leverpastej / Liver Paté Sandwich

We know that we have not much time to actually post real prepared food, but this one is very easy to prepare despite time constraints. Again. We seem to pretty much have a lot of those lately.


Ingredients

Liver Paté
Bread, preferrably brown
Tomatoes and Green Salad, whichever you prefer
Sallad
Toasted Onions


Directions
  1. Cut the bread in half.
  2. Lay the green vegetables first. Add salted butter first if you prefer.
  3. Cut the liver paté into thin slices and put on top of the veggies.
  4. Put the tomatoes on it.
  5. Sprinkle a bit of toasted onions on top, if preferred.




According to Men's Health, liver paté contains anti-carcinogen and immunity-boosting zinc and vitamin B12, but is also high in cholesterol so it has to be eaten in moderation.
