Taco Night

One of the few things people here in Sweden do most often on a Friday is to go clubbing and drinking, eat pizza, or have a taco night. Above is a picture of our recent taco night, and bought most of the ingredients from ICA Maxi. Taco night is definitely all about TACOS! We cook minced meat with our favorite Taco Spice Mix from Sta. Maria, and a store-bought product taco sauce. You can also buy ready-made guacamole, or make your own Perfect Guacamole Mix by Simply Recipes.
