Homemade Blueberry Jam
After spending an awful amount of time in the forest to pick blueberries, we decided to bake them as fillings for our blueberry muffins (insert link). The rest, we decided to make homemade jams out of them.

Making homemade jams is very easy. It would take about half an hour, and a bit of standing in front of the stove (since you need to keep mixing them so they won't end up burning), and that's it.
Homemade Blueberry Jam (cooked on the stove).
Ingredients
1 liter Blueberries
1/2 deciliter water or honey
1 deciliter sugar
Directions
- In a saucepan, mix the blueberries, sugar, and water (or honey) with a spoon under medium heat.
- Leave for about 10-12 minutes, covered.
- Continue mixing and bring to a boil.
- Let it cool and store in an airtight jar (don't forget to write the date).
