Homemade Apple Crumble Pie


Autumn is the time of the year for harvesting apples! Below is a favourite homemade recipe we use for Apple Crumble Pie.

Apple Crumble Pie

Ingredients for Apple Crumble Pie
  • 6 Apples
  • 4 tbsps. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 dl All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 dl Sugar
  • 1 dl Oats
  • 100gr Butter

Directions for Apple Crumble Pie
  1. Brush a 26cm-baking mold with butter.
  2. Slice apples and place in the baking mold.
  3. Mix 4 tbsps. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the apples in the baking mold.
  4. Mix flour, 1.5 dl sugar, oats, and butter using the dough hook of a stand mixer.
  5. Spread the crumbled dough on top of the apples
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 175°C or until the top is golden brown.
